Custom Order Policy

  • Custom products are made exclusively for you.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
  • Production typically takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the wrong product is delivered or there is a manufacturing defect.
