We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery if the size does not fit, an incorrect product was received, the product arrived damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect. To be eligible, the product must be unused and unwashed, have all original tags attached, be returned in its original packaging, and be free from stains, perfume, or any damage after delivery.

Returns are accepted only if an incorrect product was delivered, the product was received in damaged condition, or there is a manufacturing defect. Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To request an exchange or return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason, and product photographs (if damaged or incorrect).
