1. About us
ShubVibes is an Indian premium clothing brand offering Pima Cotton apparel and customised T-shirts. We are committed to delivering premium-quality products, responsible business practices, and an exceptional shopping experience.

2. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and prices accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update prices at any time. Product availability is subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & payment
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders, a ₹200 advance is required to confirm the order; the remaining balance is payable at delivery, and the ₹200 advance is adjusted against the final order value and is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or provides incorrect delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. We may contact customers for additional verification before processing an order if required.

4. Custom T-shirts
Custom products are printed to your specifications. By submitting artwork you confirm that you own or are authorised to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Custom orders enter production after payment confirmation, cannot be cancelled once production begins, and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the wrong item was delivered or there is a manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork, logos, and text are accurate before submitting the order.

5. Shipping
We offer free shipping across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & exchange
We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery as described in our Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. Certain products, including customised items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, designs, graphics, text, and images — is the property of ShubVibes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShubVibes shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

9. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its functionality, upload malicious content, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

10. Force Majeure
ShubVibes shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised Effective Date.

12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
